SAME DAY SHIPPING

 

Orders placed by 9:30am eastern time (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays) will ship on the same day. During periods of high demand, your order may take 1-2 or 3 business days to process. 
 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 

We’ll keep you updated via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order processed & ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive. We use multiple carriers to ship orders in the US; we will notify you with a tracking number once your order ships. 
 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

 

Contact info@bethdefinesbeauty.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact us for further assistance.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

 

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which may result in an additional charge. Beth Defines Beauty is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change. To avoid paying additional charges, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.
 

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED/LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

 

Please contact info@bethdefinesbeauty.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER TO USA? 

 

We offer standard shipping-first class, priority and priority express. Shipping costs vary from $5.99 to $35.00 depending on your purchase. Please note that the amount listed above does not guarantee the exact amount to be charged for shipping. This is just an estimate. Taxes are calculated and applied at checkout for every necessary order. 

RETURNS POLICY

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

 

Yes, we accept returns. However customer/buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer/buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this back to Beth Defines Beauty mailing address located on your shipping label.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

 

Yes. To request a refund, email us at info@bethdefinesbeauty.com

Include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “BDB Products ”) and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. Please note that (except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable and taxes are also non-refundable. In the case that an item needs to be returned to Beth Defines Beauty, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer/buyer.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@bethdefinesbeauty.com within 10 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “BDB Products”), photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

 Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt.

 

 

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?

 

Yes, you can return or exchange merchandise. Items must be unworn with no stains and must be returned in the plastic bag or box the item came in.

 

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?

 

Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

 

You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email. 

 

Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bethdeinesbeauty.com
